European Cultural Capital

Ruhr.2010 is the name of the project to present the Ruhr Area as European Cultural Capital in 2010. The company’s shareholders are the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, the city of Essen, the Ruhr Regional Association and the ‘Initiativkreis Ruhr e.V.‘, a club of regional corporations.
